Cancellation and Refund Policy

At THINKTANKER, we are committed to providing reliable IT Consultation and Digital Solutions through both subscription-based and pay-as-you-go models. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.

1. Nature of Services

ThinkTanker provides non-tangible, digital products and services, delivered electronically. As such, returns are not applicable.

2. Trial Period

We offer a limited trial period for selected services and digital products.

  • The duration and features of each trial vary depending on the product.

  • Once the trial ends, billing will begin automatically based on the user’s selected plan or actual usage.

  • Any usage after the trial is chargeable and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their ThinkTanker account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team.

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused days or mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund of any previously paid charges.

4. Refund Policy

  • All charges incurred after the trial period are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Partial usage

    • Unused service time

    • Subscription upgrades or downgrades

  • In rare cases involving technical failure, duplicate billing, or system error caused by ThinkTanker, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default at the end of each billing cycle unless the user cancels the plan in advance.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to manage subscription status prior to renewal.

6. Billing Disputes

  • For any billing-related discrepancies, users must notify us within 7 days of the charge.

  • We aim to investigate and resolve disputes within 3–5 business days.

7. Acceptance of This Policy

By registering, subscribing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
